Nurturing the research

I am the head of the catering service at the CEBC. This restaurant is one of the CNRS’s last clean restaurants and serves an average of 14,000 meals a year. I design the menus and manage supplies following a policy of proximity. I monitor hygiene standards. I am also the manager of the laboratory’s recipes.
